In the instance where we have determined that this just isn't working out for us, we send you back 40 % of your Total Cost. We keep 10% as gateway and bank expenses.
In case we have to refund your initial payment, we ask that intellectual property rights be respected: Our product ownership stays with us unless it is paid for in full.
We do not offer refund for pre approved design work. The 50% balance payment is due not later than 30days after the initial payment regardless of work completion.
